California drivers will soon be able to preorder the 2025 Ram 1500 near Cerritos at Puente Hills Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, which is the local Ram dealer serving Cerritos CA and the surrounding areas. There will be high demand for this new Ram 1500, and a custom factory order prior to the official release date is a great way to ensure that you get your 2025 Ram 1500 as soon as possible. There will be eight trim levels to choose from. Those include the returning Tradesman, Tradesman HFE, Big Horn, Laramie, Rebel, Limited Longhorn and Limited. The new option will be the Tungsten. It will move ahead of the Limited as the new top trim and deliver the most upscale Ram 1500 experience ever offered.

Interior

It’s important to note that the 2025 Ram 1500 continues the current generation, which means that the basic choices that you have now will still be present. The cabin has received higher-grade materials throughout the lineup. It’s also been adjusted to be more stylish but also more comfortable and better organized. A new 12.3-inch digital instrument panel is now included with the base trim. The 12-inch infotainment touch screen is now standard as well. Our customers also have the option of a 14.5-inch touch screen in addition to a 10.1-inch touch screen location on the passenger side.

Exterior

The 2025 Ram 1500 also gets a facelift. The new design isn’t a major departure from the current one, but it is more modern and handsome overall due to redesigns to the grille, bumpers and lighting elements. There are also new wheel designs to choose from and an updated color palette. The appearance packages that Ram offers now will still be available. These include Chrome, Night and Sport. The Tradesman has 18-inch steel wheels. Aluminum wheels are available and included beyond that base trim, and the available wheel sizes range from 18 to 22 inches, which are included on the new Tungsten.

Mechanical

Payload and towing capacities have been improved for the 2025 Ram 1500 near Cerritos, but the official numbers were not yet available as of this writing. The options remain mostly the same. Trailer sway damping is standard equipment. Conventional Class V trailering equipment with an integrated trailer braker controller is available and included with the Laramie trim level and up.

Powertrain

A big change for the new Ram 1500 at our dealership serving Cerritos CA is the retirement of the HEMI V8 engine. The Hurricane is taking its place. It’s a twin-turbocharged inline six-cylinder available in two configurations. The standard-output engine makes 420 hp and 469 lb.-ft. The high-output engine makes 540 hp and 521 lb.-ft. You still have the option of rear- and four-wheel drive, and the Ram 1500 has an eight-speed automatic transmission regardless of drive layout.

Safety

A rearview camera system will be standard. Options through Puente Hills Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram will include automatic high-beam headlamps, adaptive cruise control and active blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert. Ram has also introduced some new options, including a head-up display and a digital rearview mirror. It will also introduce Hands-Free Driving Assist with the new Ram 1500, which is a Level 2+ semi-autonomous driving system.
