Update: picked up my Jeep one week later as promised. All warranty issues fixed. Debe was great, she constantly kept me updated. She informed me immediately when parts were on back order. I have used their service four or five times now. They're not overly priced, but they are more expensive but they have done a great job every time I will keep using them because they have the parts they know how to put them in and how to fix things and they do not overchargethey seem to be honest
